Starting with your lowest priced entree probably isn't right. Instead, you should start with the one you want to sell the most. You're far more likely to bid higher when paying by card. Paying by card actually dulls the pain of payment. When you pay by cash, it hurts to actually part with those hard earned pounds or dollars. But when you tap your cards, you're more care free.
