How Do You Drive Customer Satisfaction?
I think it comes down to the natural tension between customer needs and business goals that we're trying to drive. And there's a happy middle ground to be found, but I think we've all seen where people go too far one side or the other. Too far on the driving business goals and not caring about user needs is where we see dark patterns show up of creating false urgency. So it's got to be balanced out with your customers' needs.
