There's two main books on habits, atomic habits and the power of habit by James Duhig. But I believe there was more sort of positive resonance of people with James Claire's book,. It's really one of my favorites, really excellent book. Another very good book for this is Switch from the Heat Brothers. Knowing how to change and being motivated to change is not sufficient. That's why eating healthier, quit smoking, drink less alcohol, save for a month can be difficult.
