Sulphur ropane is a cancer causing chemical that we can take in from our environment. It also causes humans to excrete many more harmful compounds, such as carsinages. Each gram of fresh brockley sprouts yields around two point four micromoles of sulphuropane - about zero point two five milligrams per day. A daily dose of an extract was equivalent to around forty milligrams of sulphuroPane or what you might get from about a hundred grams of fresh brokley sprouts.
