When I stopped doing athletics and started to train specifically for bodybuilding, I started having back pain. And then from there, I learned ART. So it's kind of like what you guys were, you know, nonstop learning. Learn something from here. It builds off this and you're just constantly back and forth. Pretty soon you got a big toolbox.
