The Body Fat Percentage Range
I feel that there's a bit too much comparison to others without reflecting on one's own journey. For me, it's 12 to 20%. That's my window, basically. And I feel pretty damn good anywhere in that range. Going beyond that is probably not going to be useful for muscle growth. It's definitely not good for health being like 25 or 30% body fat. Very few people are naturally lean to the point where like 7, 8, 9% body fat is like, "Yeah, I'm totally fine"
