Is Cold Therapy a Better Time to Wake Up in the Morning?

I don't think that we have enough research on how exactly the cold exposure, this kind of cold shock and acute stress to the body affects our circadian rhythm. So I would say we could definitely need some more research on that. We can maybe do some assumptions on when could it be good for some people to do it in the morning if, for example, this is also why it's so different. But I've heard people say also they do it before they go to bed and that makes them sleep very well.
