Is There Evidence That All Intensities Work?
I think a lot of people do tend to run on the more dehydrated side. And I think as we get older, we lose those thirst receptors. So it's kind of helpful to just keep reminding yourself to keep topped up. But for people who can do more is definitely better than do more. You don't have to kill yourself, but you do need to be consistent.
