The vast majority of our marketing team is split between the markets in the US, greater China and across Europe. We've contributed to an all time high order book or sales level in the history of the company. Externally, we have also been awarded the program of the year by Barrester for our portfolio marketing strategy along with other external recognition. And speaking of the team and our talent, I would be remiss Jack when we talk about impact, not to mention our people. They are the ultimate success factor of the transformation being sustained in our business.
