The Importance of Having a Goal in Mind
A lot of times with mini cuts, you don't necessarily have to have a goal in mind or at least a definitive tangible goal. Sometimes when people do mini cuts, they actually seem to perform a little bit better in the gym and sometimes their strength actually goes up. But at the end of the day, it's still a tool. And I would say that for almost all my competitive bodybuilders, we want to look on the next stage as being fat loss phase.
