If you're always in that high fatigue ranger, outside that bubble, then 30 % of your volume is now outside the scope of productive for weight lifting. There's very little transference beyond that point. So although you might get stronger, you have less transference to snatch and clanan drift. This is something that i, i, you know, greggs the two good examples wi me when i lifted, i had, aa front squatted 230 kelas before i could clean one 60. And i had incredibly strong legs. But the more i squatted, the less impact it had on my results.
