How to Cope When Feeling Emotionally Distressed
There's these coping tools that you use for the moment um for emotional stabilization and then there's coping tools that are more what I would consider like maintenance right so they're not what you pull out for the crisis moments when you're really upset. These are things that you kind of implement as like routines and self-care and mental health practices that you know support your overall well-being. So one of the first things to do is often a really important early step for CPTSD is working on self-compassion practices.
