I was drinking quite a bit, but I was drinking more. And not nourishing my body in a way that it was intuitive. It was more so just getting food in my body to be able to work out like I was working out. Once I got very real about that and saw the results, both how I was approaching my workouts was much slower for healing rather than punishing my body.
