Is Breakfast Really Good for You?
i did some experiments where i was eating these, the zoe muffins, and, you know, every four hours. And it turned out that most most people were getting a higher spike as the day went on, but mine went down. Two or three times a week i now skip breakfast and use that to have an overnight fast. So i'm learning, i've learned so much about myself just by doing these tests and looking at the results we're seeing.
