The Impostor Voice
We identified what i call some traps to speaking up and listening up. One trap that means that we often stay silent is called the impostor voice. And you know, think about habits that you have might be feeling,. whatever, exercising or beating or whatever to do with habits. It's quite helpful to kind of now some of these mechanics go on that mean that we tend towards doing a certain thing. If we can understand why we do what we do, we might be able to identify the places that we can start to disrupt things - as individuals or in teams.
