After Kahneman's talk, Freakonomics Radio producer Greg Rizalski and I caught up with him in the hallway. When you're thinking about designing incentives, so obviously the people who are organizing this conference, they're very dedicated, they're disciplined. And then a lot of the experiments they're designing are on the general public. Do you have any sort of lessons when, you know, thinking about incentives or how to design them?
