The Importance of SPD Days
Steve: I know a lot of people who are going to have interference, you know, by deadlifting the day after a squat day. Some heavier lifters maybe just don't have the endurance to make it through an SPD day. And then someone like me, I feel like just like physically, I could probably do like two, like I could do SPD, SPD in a day. But again, either whether it's coming from their psychology or physiology that they can't get both done in one day, then I'm not going to force them to do that.
