I agree with that observation about the progression away from the way he taught it. And I have two things that two sorts on it. One, I think stands up well and the other might be a bit cynical or at least, yeah, probably sounds a bit cynical, but I'll put them both on the table. One is the safety thing. It turns out that in most cases, as we said about load management, what you should actually be thinking about is do they have the strength to complete the movement yet not are they doing it correctly.
