Having a Tribe or a Hit?
In considering hits and tribes, what comes first? The tribe or the hit? J k rowling certainly found this with harry potter. Having a tribe means don't have to count on having a hit. So if you don't have a lot of choices and you can't count on a hit materializing out of the blue, the right strategy that works for most of us is to build the tribe first.
