The best thing you can get high c p m is still rewarded vidios. You usually want to add, starting outing intersticials on non purchasers after a certain time period. Banners also screw up with your retention. These campaigns are way cheaper than the purchase and value campaign. So it gets more volume, which creates more organic uplift as well. It's just like a snowball effect afterwards.
