Many people struggle with insomnia. Most of the people that I see are because they have obstructive sleep apnea. If you or your bed partner is saying to you that you're not breathing at night, you're gasping for air, you're snoring, these sorts of things are clues that you could have sleep Apnea. Other clues for sleep apnea would be having headaches in the morning. Another big one is excessive daytime sleepiness.
