Why Habits Are Freeing and Energizing
The more decisions that you have to make, it's just a burden on your brain. And so when things are in our habits, then they're on autopilot and we can just do them without having to think about a lot of spending a lot of fuss on it. That is one of the reasons why habits are freeing and energizing. We can give ourselves freedom and energy by taking important behaviors and trying to turn them to a habit.
