The Importance of Operating a Firm
I think our food system is broken. I don't think we provide people with the best quality food, certainly not at affordable rates. And so put all those things combined. I left our family business about 10 years ago and thought I would do anything but get involved in food. But it got me frankly got me close to the food system. It's a lot more complicated than it seems to be to deliver awesome quality product to people.
