With everything we're going through with all of the kind of, you know, anxiety and stress people are feeling about what's happening in the world today, I think it's been incredible to see the health and wellness fitness training community just kind of the spotlight be put on them. So for the people in this current challenge, we pivoted because we had a strength based challenge planned but then all of this crazy stuff happened so we transitioned into a body weight workout.
