Relax Positive or Relax Negative?

There are two types of relaxation. Relaxed negative would be things like apathy, inattention or indifference. Relaxed positive is contentment, curiosity, receptivity and interested equanimity. Many people think they're ocaice as they're relaxed, but they're still running all the stress almost through their bod. So we've got to start pro actively moving ourselves to the left hand side where positive emotion exists. And again, it's the activated positive that you want top left, not the top right.
