Is There Anything You Can Do About Fat Oxidation?

Diet is probably the thing that that certainly can affect it the most. If you go on a low carb diet or high fat diet for a few days, and you'll see that you caund totally crank up your fat oxidation. For that metabolic flexibility, you need to be able to do both regularly. There was acually a really cool study i was doing as part of my phederate studies about whether fast training has an effect on fat burning. And also against determining this status is really important for determining if you want to be a better fat burner during your races,. but you not racing in the fastest state.
