We built a system through the agency where you can run this with one virtual assistant. You profile the job, cherry-pick the companies that they might already work in out. We pick other like 100 big e-com agencies in the UK and then basically just go after the staff on LinkedIn. Then we send them a loom video that looks like it's personalized, and we word the first three, four seconds as if we just recorded it. Send them that, and then basically push them from that through the same hiring process we'd use for anybody else. But ahead of brand, I'd probably go poach ahead of brand if we're going to hire one, which we probably will
