Mountain rock climbing is one of the principles that's drummed into one in rock climbing. I like stay over your feets, because so much of mindfulness is about just settling back. And i'm sure you've noticed how often we're just slightly ahead of ourselves. Just stay over your feet, or you are here. That's another meaning of mindfulness. So it's just the opposite of being absent minded, nor of not knowing where we are. It's the opposite of toppling forward.
