The brain has a certain amount of centrometry to grand to send in a given exercise. In end range, it's going to go to the biceps, in short range,. It's going togo to top range and back of the other. So if somebody just has a great big vastas medialis relative to a lateralis, the chances are they're always going to have that because every time they do any movement, they'll push more activation towards the husband.
