How Do You Know if You Have an Ahamo?
Some people tend more strongly in one direction than the other. The aha moment itself corresponds to a burst of brain activity just above the right ear, high frequency e, e g, and also electroe. People who have frontal lobe activity, at least on average, tend to have more of these ahomums,. These sudden insight. And that's sort of why people tend to have these these ahamoments when they're relaxed.
