The Importance of Volume in Training

As you get older it's more about a range of the weight that you need to stay in right not so much trying to break it all the time yeah. I've gotten now like with I don't do a lot of compound movements anymore it's mostly machines and dumbbells but for my what I would consider my heavier exercises I'm in the 10 to 12 rep range.
