Is My Partner Wanting My Phone Password to Build Trust?
Inherent in trust is a level of unknown. That's what makes it so vulnerable. But if we establish a system in our relationship whereby trust only exists if we've interrogated and scrutinized, that erodes the whole thing. I just don't think that's how it works. If there has been a known breach of trust, a betrayal of some sorts, that changes my answer here.
