Rotational Isometrics

With isometrics, I need two opposing forces. If I lose one of those, my knee's not stable anymore. Or even with performance, how can I get more? With these two opposing forces, it's electricity buildup. And then when I release one, pow, I get to extra juice. So that's the other thought pattern too, is that based on these two rotating things in isometric pattern, I'm actually storing energy. When I release one of those rotational patterns, boom, Iget to release some energy. It doesn't take much to damage the body when it's in a compromised position.
