Is It a Turn Key for the Coffee Industry?

I think it has been a dance for us of figuring out when to go back into that tool and then build another upgrade for the roaster. I was just so pleasantly surprised by not only how creative these craft practitioners, these craft roasters were in terms of willing to work with us to try something. These people really are all entrepreneurs. And so they understand the notion of, hey, we haven't built every piece of this yet, but we're going to try this because we think it might work. Let's see if we can sell 200 bags. And if we do, then let's build it to really work better. It's been really, really fun working with them on projects
