I did not know that temperature affected cortisol like that. And you know, I see a lot of women as they go through menopause, they can't do coffee as much. They become very sensitive to caffeine. So what I just heard you say is tracking making sure that your temperature pattern is right as you're sleeping and waking up can have a really dramatic effect on cortisol regulation. Do we have any evidence that now that can also lead to insulin sensitivity and can help you with your your blood sugar regulation and your weight loss desires? I don't have any research on that. Most of the sleep research again, it's taken years to hunt down the research on women and make that happen
