How to Be a Healthy Dietist

If you're overweight, anorexia is the least of your woes. You got to be okay with being hungry. I always think that fasting is kind of the easiest road into all this. If you want to really try to cheat the system, see if you can cut off your food about two hours early before you go to bed. That might be a tough habit to start to do, but the sooner that you start your fast, the sooner you get to end it sort of.
