I think health has often been quite reductive as you said, what's your blood pressure or your BMI for example. It's not necessarily the best measure of our total well-being. The number one entrenched myth after that sort of guideline one I guess is the calorie. And however many people are now speaking out against calorie counting. We can all point to the fact that we're using the calorie counting as a sort of massive disguise.
