Do You Use Segmentation to Define Lead Scores?
Wright: Do you use a lead score to define segments, or do you use segments to define lad score? That's a great question. In thinking about it, i feel like i have to know what the segments are. And so yes, we want to concentrate on bringing in new customers, but remember that your customers are already paying you. Wright: The hardest dollar to make is that more likely those ose customers will convert.
