i was over 30 million dollars as a stock purchase, which is net, net more money in my pocket. Others were still pushing real hard on asset crap,. That's not going to work, you know. So they could have offered me the same as an asset and i netted the last rate. But the point that i'm making here is that the control stock was everything.
