The Pros and Cons of Techy Hackathons

Sometimes these are too techy, right? Like when we do Microsoft hackathons. One is you need people to come in and think about some of these problems rather than just jump to conclusions really quickly. But then you also got the issue that if people aren't in the domain of technology, then they struggle to even think about what you can do,. So you've got to almost, you almost see the best of both worlds, you know. What do you think about that lead? Because, you know, there's the people who know, and there're the people who don't know, and it's about trying to mingle everybody together.
