Hypertrophy Basic Strength and Peaking in 12 Weeks

12 weeks is too short a time to do all three of the phases we would like, hypertrophy basic strength and peaking. A lot of people will just test their maxes afterwards. You don't get better testing your maxes. You get better putting in the hard work of doing boring sets. It's long enough to do six weeks of strength, eight weeks of strength and one month of peaking.
