Is Your Posture a Running Problem?

People have horrendous posture when they run. Most folks tend to stand in the back seat right we tend to have a hyperload.ex spine I am not a big fan of teaching people to post your early talk to their pelvis because you affect the amount of hip extension you've got and I don't want to mess with that so Ryan instead of how people do is think about where their torso ribcage is in relation to their pelvises. That way we can put your spine position into more of a neutral alignment as you're running. The key I love to use is remember the old-school heart and monitors we all have with the big little you know black box under your chest
