If you don't have a purpose, it'd be very easy to wake up and go, us, don't feel good to day. So to morrow's run, i have a purpose for that. This is what i'm going to be doing, where i'll be doing it,. And it gives you more of a reason to not back out. But this is also a sport we're looking at here, where you have to be gritty. You do have to push through the pain and the suffering. but the aim of every session isn't to do that. Sometimes maybe it's crappy weather and you're going slower long run, and you just have to get the miles in.
