Is it just a consistency thing? Or is there more variables than that as to why someone progresses and then maybe steps back? And yeah. I think I've just I've been more proactive with my week, making more checklists of each day and ticking them off, which keeps me happy when I do that. So so I'm not sure what your is your answer that you were very adherent compliant with your goals that you would set out?
