i always thought that anxiety was a build up of these thoughts that were not real per se. But i guess you could define that, you could define a type of anxiety. And you can tell me if this was true, from overthinking something that isn't existen that doesn't even exist. Absolutely. A so anxiety has a physical component and a covnentof a component, right? So the physical component can include a host of symptoms such asa fatigue, restlessness, heart racing, shortness of breath, excessive muscle tension, a feeling an edge, being irritable. And then anxiety also has a cognitive component. There are thoughts that make us more vulnerable to the experience
