The Science of Sleep (Dr. Matthew Walker)
3 Things (with Ric Elias)
How to Get Better Sleep
It's somewhat of a myth, this idea that you need to stop eating five hours before sleep. You can eat as close as one hour before bed, and it doesn't seem too much to hurt your sleep. With two exceptions: if you're some one who suffers from acid reflux or gurd then you do need to be mindful of eating a greater distance away from sleep. If you have high sugar content, it's not good for sleep. Get dessert before dinner. Ice cream in the afternoon. A glass of wine at lundon lunch. Yover italian.
