Sleep hygiene strategy that you guys suggest have worked. Avoiding alcohol and cafine, approximately four to six hours before bed to insure a good night's sleep. Temperature is best to maintain a cool temperature and insure that there's good ventilation in the bedroom. If you do experience heartburn, you want to avoid any food that triggers at 4 to 6 hours prior to bedtime.
