We wanted to see if there's a bind, there's a, there's binding of the antinephrine antibodies to the nephron. We basically incubated the patient serum with human glomerular extract from a healthy kidney. And then we took that and we ran it over protein G beads,. So all the immunoglobulins would bind to those beads. Then you elute that out and then you run that alluate on a western blot and then incubate with an antinephrine antibody to see if you can get a band.
