How to Train Your Athletes to Break 245 250

I think if someone's gonna jump to 50 it should happen but here's the thing is just coaching people to do that isn't gonna work very well for a whole lot of people. It reminds me of the Russians in the 70s as like tear tear over a CN or something there's no I remember reading this when I was coaching in my 20s it was like they had been able to break 245 250 and you know what? That kind of defies everything we've seen out of humans from that perspective so within that though like the forefoot thing something I really like.
