Do You Work on the Five Rips?
I wouldn't typically do five raps. I'd go more raps with a lighter weight and just focus on the muscle. A lot of the garls are paying the price for hips and knees from doing heavy, heavy loads. That would be up a body at my age,. At this stage, i like to go little but high in repetitions in leg work. Although you may not get the you take the stress of the joints, you will get more muscular. O exerc ie Change the exercise each cycle. And perhaps on the light cycle i might do two exercisend, just to have more fun and a little bit more of a pump.
